Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.
• Promote and sell products while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Stay up to date on products, features, promotions, and company offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and sales-driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
