We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Wireless Reatil Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of mobile devices, wireless plans, and accessories. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the best wireless solutions.
- Promote and sell products while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay up to date on products, features, pricing, and current promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish/Creole and English (required).
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and sales-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
No previous sales experience is required—we provide paid training!
