Sales Representative – Metro by T-Mobile (Bilingual Spanish Required)

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to provide excellent customer service, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of mobile phones, plans, and accessories. This is a great entry-level opportunity with paid training, growth potential, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with phones, plans, and accessories
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
  • Promote and sell products while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, features, and promotions
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional store environment

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English – required
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and interest in sales
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
