POSITION OVERVIEW
Xclusive Trading Inc. (XTI) is a fast-growing Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer headquartered in Sugar Land, TX, with retail locations across multiple states. We're looking for a driven, high-energy Retail Store Manager who is ready to lead by example, develop their team, and deliver results in a competitive wireless sales environment. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be on the floor, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring every customer walks out satisfied.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive store sales performance and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail sales associates to perform at a high level
- Create a customer-first environment that drives satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage daily store operations: scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and visual merchandising
- Conduct regular team huddles, sales training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure full compliance with Metro by T-Mobile brand standards and XTI operational policies
- Analyze sales reports and identify trends to adjust strategy accordingly
- Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top retail talent in collaboration with corporate HR
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish — written and verbal (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume retail or sales management experience
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) without exception
- Able to commit to 6 days per week / 50+ hours per week
- Reliable personal transportation to commute to assigned store location
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wireless/telecommunications retail (Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.)
- Familiarity with telecom products, services, and activations
- Background in promotional sales, contests, or incentive-driven performance environments
