POSITION OVERVIEW

The Rollout Coordinator will be responsible for executing the rollout of this service across multiple markets.

This role is focused on coordination, organization, and follow-through. The Implementation Coordinator will work directly with the CEO to carry out market launches, coordinate vendors and installations, and ensure all locations are successfully transitioned onto the new platform.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Rollout Execution

• Support the launch of security services in new markets based on defined plans
• Coordinate all logistics required to execute each market rollout
• Maintain clear timelines and ensure execution stays on track

Installation & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with installation vendors and service providers to schedule and complete work
• Confirm timelines, track progress, and ensure all installations are completed as planned
• Follow up consistently to prevent delays and keep projects moving

Multi-Location Implementation

• Coordinate the transition of company locations onto the new security platform
• Communicate timelines and expectations clearly to field teams
• Ensure each location is prepared for installation and successfully activated

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain organized records of installations, vendors, and rollout status
• Track completion across all locations and identify any outstanding items
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and issues

Issue Escalation & Support

• Identify delays, gaps, or operational issues and escalate as needed
• Support resolution of issues to ensure timelines are maintained
• Assist in improving processes as the rollout expands to new markets

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or similar roles
• Experience coordinating vendors, schedules, or multi-site activities preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Facilities coordination or vendor management
• Telecom, security, or service rollout support
• Multi-location retail or field operations support
• Experience supporting implementations or deployments

TRAVEL

• Approximately 30% travel required depending on market rollout schedule
