We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Mobile Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting customer relationships, and drive sales of mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.
- Promote and sell products while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Stay up to date on products, features, promotions, and company offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and sales-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
