XTI (Xclusive Trading Inc) is a growing, multi-state organization seeking a skilled and dependable Corporate IT professional to support our corporate office and company-wide systems. This role will serve as a key owner of our IT infrastructure, security, and technology operations, ensuring reliability, data protection, and scalable systems across the organization.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate IT Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting XTI's IT infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, backup systems, and corporate IT assets. This role acts as the primary point of contact for IT operations, providing hands-on technical support while maintaining strong security, compliance, and documentation standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Infrastructure
Manage and administer the Microsoft ecosystem: Windows, Office 365, Azure, and related services
Configure, maintain, and support Azure environments
Administer SharePoint environments including structure, permissions, and access control
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability
Backup, Recovery & Data Protection
Design, manage, and monitor system and data backup solutions (cloud and local)
Ensure regular backups, restore testing, and disaster recovery readiness
Maintain documentation for backup and recovery procedures
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Oversee cybersecurity protocols, monitoring, and best practices
Manage Sophos Cloud (or similar endpoint security platforms): policies, alerts, and remediation
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and data protection practices
Support secure access provisioning and deprovisioning during employee onboarding and offboarding
IT Asset Management & Support
Maintain and manage corporate IT assets: laptops, phones, peripherals, and inventory tracking
Provide hardware and software support for corporate and field users
Troubleshoot system, network, and user-level IT issues
Coordinate device setup, configuration, and lifecycle management
Documentation & Process Improvement
Document IT processes, system configurations, security standards, and operational procedures
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, security posture, and scalability
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience with Microsoft technologies: Azure, Windows, and Office 365
Strong working knowledge of SharePoint administration
Experience implementing and managing backup and recovery systems
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices
Experience with Sophos Cloud or similar endpoint security platforms
Strong communication skills — written and verbal
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work independently
