Location: Metro by T-Mobile Store
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay Rate: $14 – $16 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for motivated team members to join our growing network of Metro by T-Mobile stores! If you enjoy helping customers, driving sales, and working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience.
Drive sales of mobile phones, service plans, and accessories.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Perform store opening and closing procedures.
Support in-store marketing initiatives and promotions.
Contribute to personal and team success.
Qualifications
Preferred 1+ year of retail sales experience.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred.
No prior sales experience required — training will be provided.
